Fuuuuck.
I think I've been beaten by the corset. Probably won't be able to wear it shut all the way for Halloween tomorrow -- it's not even the tightness of it, it's the way that my skin folds up under the garment, and then the laces cut into me. I've got scabs all over my back from trying to maintain this thing... and it looks like 19.5 inches is about as tight as I can comfortably wear, if I try to squeeze to 18 I can only make it about an hour before I need to just lay around and groan from the sharp stabbing pain in my back.
Anyway, hopefully there will be photos of the finished ensemble tomorrow!
