Lots of people lately have been asking me, "When are you going to do another photo set?"
Answer: I am never going to do another set!
I tried my hand at SG initially because I was in desperate need of money and almost any opportunity seemed worth trying. I think at the time they offered $250 for an accepted set; at that point I was making about $500 in a whole year, so that was a ton of cash to me. Also, at that time, they at least indicated that they liked girls to show off their personality and do something out of the norm. This was more reasonable, to me, than doing straight nude modeling. (I'd dabbled in that before, without pay for the sake of a photographer friend; didn't like the resulting photos or much of the experience.)
Sadly, once I got the set up -- and with it a temporary SG membership -- I could see that the photos they like were really all of the usual ghastliness that just disgusts me and makes porn an impossible thing for me to watch, and based on the mean comments and having to untag "anorexic" from the set over and over it was clear this wasn't going to get chosen. I was trying to make the set look like those 19th century mythological paintings of the Academic Classicism style, which is about all I can bear to look at as far as nudes go.
Originally the Crude Furie set (named for a Handel aria: translation, "Cruel Furies") had 40-odd pictures. When it was apparent it would never be chosen for the site I clipped out all but my few most favorite images -- I think there's about 15 pictures now.
Even if I felt up for doing the roll-around-naked-on-a-mattress-and-spread-your-legs-a-lot thing that seems to be the current fashion, my utter lack of tattoos or piercings would make it unlikely I would be accepted at this point. Tattoos seem to be the big selling point of the site now.

Its too bad, because I thought your set was amazingly creative. It was a celebration of the nude figure and not just a T&A shoot. Would have loved to see where you went from there.

I think that for people with some intelligence who are considering being naked on the internet, Zivity is the most desirable option. SG, not that bad, but Zivity is straightforward and (gasp) classy.
