Going about operation: remove freckles!
Contrary to assurances that the tanning and freckles from last summer would fade, even after a winter in Minnesota, a springtime spent moping inside a trailer, and a summer mostly spent in abnormally chilly Europe with a big jacket on, and high SPF sunscreen all around, my freckles and tans are not going away.
For now it's Likas soap and Palmer's Skin Fade for first course of attack.
(I was so jealous of people in Scotland, with their skin that stays all nice and clear and fair because they didn't get all genetically developed for sunless climates then wind up shipped off to the southwestern US.)
