Things done in France:
Eiffel tower (didn't go into it, I don't really care about that part)
Notre Dame
Comedie Italienne - saw The Servant of Two Masters, in French
Museum of the Middle Ages
The Louvre (this museum is too big, they need to sell some kind of half-ticket so you don't have to try to see all of it at one time)
Rue de la Harpe (that dumb project of mine)
Le Procope (oldest cafe in France) - where I ate Calf's Head. The restaurant sent me a questionnaire about the experience and I told them the only thing that could have been better is if they didn't call it Calf's Head. You just sit there wondering the whole time what part of the head would create this or that cut of meat.
Pere Lachaise Cemetery - been twice now and still haven't been able to locate Beaumarchais. Everyone else who goes there seems to go for Jim Morrison; all the shops around the graveyard just sell Jim Morrison crap as souvenirs.
I also enjoyed Cafe Pere Lachaise, where I've tried a drink called a Panache (half beer, half fizzy lemonade) and Suze (a liqueur made from gentian.)

Is there still some form of the Grand Guignol there? Because that would be pretty sweet to see.
