I'm going to be starting up fundraising efforts through Kickstarter for that Beaumarchais translation project. At the moment I have an embarrassingly cheap looking website in the works for it: https://sites.google.com/site/freebeaumarchais/home

I also made a similarly embarrassing video for the Kickstarter site, which demanded one.

It'll be a few more days before things are ready to launch at Kickstarter because they need to confirm my bank account in case I do succeed in raising all the money. This isn't so bad: I am trying to decide whether I should include Tarare in the project or not. I mean, it is a theatrical piece, but technically it's an opera, not a play; and to be useful for performance I'd need to include all the music and make the translation fit to that music. I wonder if that maybe oughtn't be a separate project...
