I've been to two occult shops in the Twin Cities: Magus Books and Botanica la Hoja Verde. I like the botanica a little better since it's more my kind of gear, but Magus at least has English as the primary language of the place.
I'm wondering about teaching a dumb little class at Magus for the sake of promoting my books. I might have to re-write to the folks there, though, since I've not had my first inquiry about this replied to yet.
But I am not at all happy with the job availabilities here. I still have worthless skills and interview badly, and now get the added benefit that all the suitable jobs are 2 hours away by bus and pay even worse than in Santa Fe. I need to just get up the nerve to drown myself before the rivers freeze over.

Keep heart - I'm sure something will work out soon. At least, that's what I keep telling myself.
