The homemade shoes didn't hold up so well from the second outing and will be needing some repairs. Several people have wanted pictures -- the are adapted from a pair of Fergalicious shoes I bought a couple months ago, with many parts recycled. 
In other news, the trip which prompted the need for some repairs, was a trip to the graveyard that had now rendered me one of the few rootworkers that own REAL coffin nails.*
