Hmmm... Lucky Temple seems to be the top result on google for "best spellcasting hoodoo."

So, I've had many many projects to keep me busy lately. Besides the website redesign I also have multiple new books out (two are waiting to go live on Amazon.) The newest...

The Decadent Mission of the Earl Lavender.

(use code L3GTJ8QQ to get 25% off from above. You can also get the book on Amazon Kindle -- it will be available in paperback from Amazon soon.)

The above is a very odd little book -- reminds me of Tom Robbins or maybe Douglas Adams a little. The actual plot is kind of irrelevant to what makes the book interesting, though plot does exist -- essentially the main character (real name Mr. Emblem but now using the alias Earl Lavender) has had a nervous breakdown on his wedding night and fled to London, where he's decided Evolution is his new religion and his goal is to find the fittest of all women and to mate with her. In the meantime he had very little money, but has met up with another gentleman in a similar position to himself, and together the two travel the city, looking to spread the word of Evolution and find the perfect woman. In the meanwhile, the wives of the two gentlemen are trying to chase them down and bring them back home.

The model on the cover is my friend Benji Geary, dressed in basically the same outfit he wore to that Monster Battle on the Plaza a couple years ago. I suppose he is representing Earl Lavender.

I like your work. I'll look at your scripts if you post any, promise. I'm thinking of signing up for Amazon Studios myself, but I need to overcome writer's block. Blah. :-/ I love reading plays and I listen to a lot of radio drama.

My job has been wearing me out (in a good way), but the insomnia is bad, giving me a fuzzy brain, but I'll get it read this weekend. Reading is almost the only thing I do on weekends, outside of chores.
