To explain the joke (which is frankly a weak one) -- Firstly, an Intranquility Spell is an overly popular kind of love spell used to coerce back a lover who has left, which involves, basically, sending an evil spirit off to torment the person until they return. It usually doesn't succeed, but is in high demand due to the intensity it suggests (and because desperate folks are themselves intranquil and want that emotion transferred on.) Secondly, there is a very bad habit amongst people who are in need of return lover spells to cast multiple spells, or have multiple spells cast for them. It's problematic when they do that, especially without telling you (and this comic portrays an actual case and why we rootworkers don't like dealing with these messes...)
