Well, I gave up on trying to Law of Attraction a Bose CD player because God knows how long that was going to take, and I just couldn't stand another day of that stereo I had with 1 working speaker and its refusal to acknowledge when a disc was in. So I went shopping about and picked up a little Sony CD/iPod player. Now if I ever get an iPod my technology will not be obsolete! We bought the first one and got it all the way home, unpacked it, and found one of the speaker docks was broken. So we had to go all the way back and trade it for another. Luckily the second seems to be working fine. It's a lot smaller than my old stereo which is good, because my bedroom is too cluttered as it is -- I can actually use some of that desk space now. Maybe I'll put out the lava lamp again (it's been packed away for lack of space.)

Otherwise I'm trying to start up a sort of meme to promote the Fanny Hill book and possibly improve its ranking in search results. http://www.amazon.com/Fanny-Hill-illustrations-John-Cleland/dp/1448607272 is the page address -- I am trying to get people to post that link on their blogs or twitter or whatever public space they've got, with text that includes the words "Fanny Hill" (you can even link it saying "I hate Fanny Hill" if you want, as long as the words Fanny Hill appear on the link it's all good.) So, if you want to help me out, that's an easy little things you folks can do for me! Tell your friends to do it too, that's even better!
