So has anyone done/gone Keto???
I decided to try it because I had heard so many good things about it & quite frankly, I felt as if I was stuck in a rut with my weight.
I’ve done it for about a month & I half now & ive lost 15lbs!
For about 5 years, I had always struggled with my weight being between 140-145 and could not make it drop any lower. I would workout but in all honesty, never had the best diet so I’m definitely blaming that for my unsuccessful journey. Since becoming Keto though, I’ve dropped down to 130 plus am 4% less body fat too.
This is honestly the fittest I’ve been in years! And I am so damn proud of myself.
PS. I’m not ashamed to say how much I weigh/have weighed. I’ve looked good & still look good, always. CONFIDENCE is key.
