I felt like I should post a somewhat postive journal.
I'm going to make an appointment with the Psych Clinic here on campus to get evaluated. It's time I start looking to fix my problems, instead of just dwelling on them. I'm tired of my mental illness controlling my life.
Also, my ex suggested I update my audio drivers, because the sound was all crackly. Now, it sounds simply amazing. So I now have a reason to live.
I am reading The Giver, and got through the first 100 pages today. It's simply amazing. Even if I don't do well in my Literature for Children's class, at least I'll get to read some pivotal books that I didn't read in my childhood. I'm also making additions to the library of my future child/ children.
Travis is still confusing me, and I get sad every time I think about him. However, I am thankful that Mark and I have been able to stay close, and we are pretty much the best friends that each other has.
How's that for optimism?
