Awesome hw subject this week cause I love animals and love my animals! So since I'm doing this on my phone and I won't be able to seperate the pictures I'm going to tell you about them all and just put pictures at the end (:
Okay so first there's Taylor- she is my 12 yr old Shiba Inu and she's my baby. I've had her since she was 8 weeks old and she hasn't left my side since. She's the smartest dog I've ever met, I swear she literally knows the English language and knows what I say to her. Not only is she extremely intelligent but she's the sweetest and most well behaved dog as well...I just love her to bits and I'm sad she's getting old now.
Then we have Cooper the blue tic beagle. Oh man, talk about cute. This little tubbo is the happiest, most playful, cuddly little shit ever! His face is so goddamn adorable sometimes I can't handle it. He's 8, and has a disease called Addison's that we only just found out about. 2 months ago my little guy was on his death bed and no one could tell us why, until finally they figured it out. The disease depletes the dogs source of electrolytes and natural steroids used to keep them healthy and active, so now he takes a pill every morning for the rest of his life, and a shot in his bum every 25 days for the rest of his life. Annoying, but worth it.
Now to the puppy, Tonks. (Yes, as in Nymphadora(ble) Tonks from HP) she's a 7 month old Rottweiler/ Husky mix and boy is she energetic. She weighs almost 50 lbs already and loves to play and eat. Yes eat, she will eat almost anything in site, I swear she acts like we don't feed her lol she's got one blue eye and one brown, she's got the big thick rott head with the slender body of a husky and the curly tail. Precious.
And last but definitely not least is my princess kitty. Her name is Kaly, short for Kalypso. But she never gets called by her name, mostly kitty or baby girl haha she's a long hair calico and sooooo cute. She was born on a farm and my parents surprised me with her 2 years after my childhood kitty had passed. They woke me up one summer morning in high school with a kitten on my chest. Needless to say, that was the best way I've ever woken up to date. She also almost lost her life about 2 1/2 years ago she had an extremely bloated tummy and I took her into the vet for them to tell me she had Pyometria and the only way to save her was to operate for almost 2000$. I love her so much but I barely had money for groceries at the time let alone a 2000 surgery. I was positive I was going to have to put her down at the young age of 4/5 when the receptionist at th get slipped me a brochure for an organization out here called Heaven Can Wait. They take in strays, operate and help animals for minimal costs. They are the only no kill shelter in vegas as well. They operated on kitty for $250. They were a godsend for sure and I am forever greatful for what they did for me and my kitty.
Okay so now for a random array of pictures! I'm sure you can figure out who's who! (:
