Today I'm feeling a little scared. That's not unusual for me. I have some stuff to organise career-wise and its stressing me a little. But I'm just going to DO it and try and stay calm the whole time. Calm calm calm will be my new mantra.
I have fallen off the healthy-eating wagon and am struggling to get back on. Damn you Cadbury twirls! And meringues.
Its winter and I'm doing my best to ward off the immune-system screwing up bugs with tangelo juice from the malnourished shrunken tangelos from my tree. We shall see their efficacy in about, say, a weeks time. With colds/flus/anything that aggravates my immune system comes a CFS relapse, meaning depression, tiredness and general crapness. I hate relapses.
On the plus side I did some henna I'd been literally planning for YEARS. Awesomesauce.
