the state presented a case that was weak on its merits: to wit: a victim's whose story changed, a pyscho mom that sues celebrities on the drop of a hat, similar transaction witnesses that cannot get their stories right and calling witnesses that actually help the defense. the state deserved to lose the case against Michael Jackson.
