gas is the most expensive it's been in years, possibly ever. 90cents a litre right now. i've been paying between 60-70c for the last 2 or 3 years.
smokes went up again. $8.25-$8.75 a pack.
beer got more expensive, too. if i'm not mistaken, it's $36 for a case of domestic bottles. and Lucky, which used to be $24 for 24 bottles, is almost 30.
it's been a long, long time of negligble inflation, so i suppose we're due.
this is why marijuana should not be legalized and regulated. the price of a quarter ounce hasn't changed since 1991.
