Just kidding. My man went and bought a ring and now I guess we're engaged. No immediate plans for a wedding--I have more immediate plans for grad school, or attempting to get into grad school, or something. but yes, we be getting married.

I've only been to downtown, and then only for like a few hours. But if you want to go somewhere horrible, go to Hamilton. Its one of the most polluted cities in the country. You can literally smell when you enter the city limits. No joke.
Nothing much to report. Still dislike my job, still looking for another one, still possibly in Sintktown. I cope by not thinking about it. This is becoming increasingly difficult. Don't think about it, just go do it and forget it as soon as it's over.

yes! that was like me... sick twice in two weeks. fucking awful. i've been having cough attacks all day, it sucked. we were supposed to go to maine (yet AGAIN) this weekend, but didn't because we're both sick. we've been trying to go for 3 weekends in a row now, but something always comes up. we're aiming on this coming weekend, hopefully we'll make it there this time.
I haven't been around much because I got a job that forbids porn. Geigh. Anyway, today they gave me my health insurance card and a wee "promotion" coupled with an equally wee raise. I think they just picked everybody in training who had a degree for the slightly better jobs. It is alarming how many of us in there have one or more sets... Read More
I think that I will move to Stinktown in the fall and learn to be a computer programmer at the community college there. Step 2: porn empire.
avoid this plan at all costs. seriously. most of the people i know who went to one of those now work at call centers or help desks (at xwave call centers)
