So, I went to the Folsom St. Fair yesterday. That's right, I dragged my sick (and by sick, I mean physically, hacking up a lung-type sick) to San Francisco's BDSM street fair. Hey, it's only once a year, and this was my first time. No way I was going to let a little bronchitis stop me. Being sick, I didn't make any plans with anyone else, so I went by myself.
There was a $4 entrance fee that was so worth it. I saw more than $4 worth of hot boobs and asses. Saw a whole lot of cool/interesting costumes. Think I saw this guy. Saw one thing I was offended by. That was a seven year old girl. I'm all for open and clear communication about sex with your children. But there is a line. Really people, there is.
Got me a cute, subtle purple collar for $3. I've also been looking for leather bracelets in a specific style for a while, and I found what I was looking for, for cheap, but they only had white, and I want black. Oh well. Not like I need to spend anymore money. But, oh the fancy things I could have bought had I had a ton of it. heh.
I took some SG stickers with me, and handed them out to hot girls. So you all can thank me for the influx of hot Bay Area lesbians. And if you're one of those girls, welcome, good to see you. Saw the late, great BionicFemme, briefly, but she was heading the other way. All in all, I thought it was cool. And it was a gorgeous day. I'll almost certainly go back.
How was your weekend?

in september three white girls harrassed three black girls by writing "nigger" on their doors. one girl woke up one morning to a cracked open watermelon outside her dorm room with the word "triplethreat" carved into it. so they reported it....and to make a long story short...nothing has been done about it. atleast nothing worthwhile (i think they might make the girls apologize) the administration is kinda tryin to sweep it under the rug...and if the girls hadnt been brave enough to stand up on stage today and tell people what was happening we probably wouldnt have ever heard about it.
so the question everybodys asking is why hasnt shit been done about this after almost a month? how can SF state university preach about being so diverse, be in one of the most diverse and accepting cities in America, and still have this kinda stuff goin on? why was there even need for an anti racist rally today in the "Malcolm X Plaza" in front of the "Cesar Chavez student center?"
so today we started to organize...a couple hundred people signed up to join the cause. and hopefully if nothin is done soon there will be an actual organized protest to show that this wont stand.
theres a report about all of it in the Bay News...i havent read it yet but it might have more info than i do.
