Ok, spring quarter at Ohio University is going to be pretty cool. At the beginning of the quarter, I helped a bunch of Japanese exchange students from Chubu University move into their dorms, and showed them around campus etc. (there were 39 students, and there were 7 volunteers to help them get moved in, including myself). I've made friends with five of them, and we've been hanging out every few days. We've hung out at the local coffee shop (my favorite one, the Donkey), and today Rosis and myself took them out hiking and food shopping. It was a pretty good day.
The actual school-work part of spring quarter, however, will suck hardcore. I am taking Matrix Theory, 1st year Japanese, Electromagnetics, and Field Ecology. They are all pretty cool so far, but they are all a lot of work. Oh well, it's been a while since I've actually dealt with an academic challange, so it ought to be ok (sorta). I'm pretty stoked about Matrix Theory though. I love math. In retrospect, I might have done better as a mathmatics major. But oh well... electrical engineering isn't so bad.
Anyway... i don't really know what else to say. I just thought I'd update, in case I get the urge to surf the message boards and groups again. *shrugs*
