My wife gets urinary tract infections all the time. She eventually went to her OBGYN and got more drugs. While I don't know what it feels like, I know it sucks. Hope you get to feeling better.

Oh man! Those things are going around like mad. I was getting one like every 2 1/2 weeks until my doctor finally gave me antibiotics to take after sex. The pain is horrible!
