I slept 16 hours straight...and loss 3 pounds doing it. Can anyone explain that one to me? I do toss and turn a lot, and I"m a light sleeper, so I guess all the movement constituted an iron-man like exercise. I'm also feeling really light-headed since waking up, and that's something new. I've had some major oversleeps in my day, but they've never left me feeling dizzy and spaced-out like this. Just more strange shit in my life I guess.

Waterweight. You don't gain any if you're sleeping for that long straight, and water weight fluctuates fairly easily. That's probably way you woke up light-headed too. You're probably dehydrated!
