Took these an hour ago, still on the body-for-life routine, bouncing between 198-200 pounds but we wanted to shock the system just this once, so we decided to do 1 set of 100's . We started at a weight which we would normally do 10 reps of, and go until your form is starting to go off. Then drop the weight and so on, until you do a 100 reps. We wanted to stay a lil' heavier, so we did a heavier weight and did 50's, I did one, my partner did one and the same again. It was the pump from HELL....hope the pictures show it.
If not......mmm......I'll take more pictures....Not only women can be vain...YES
