finally back to the gym and I feel soooooo much better.....mmmm..and i look great. I'm trying to start really training again but had a couple of missed starts but I think I hit it tonight.
my steel pole that has parachute cord wrapped once at the top for punching and the bottom thinly wraped with a thin matt for my shin kicks and inside foot sweeps.
something I remembered from years ago from my Choy Lay Fut style, a bag full rice and beans for rapid speed conditioning. The bag folds like human flesh so you need to respond differently.
these are for limb conditioning, forearms and shins. 16 chopstick each...the red for general overall slapping and the black for more direct...and more painful...slapping technique.
my beloved hand wraps, my only protection because of the cord on the steel pole.
