The real world is sneaking up on me. I did my best. Really, I've spent the last seven+ years of my life in this Neverland fantasy. Constantly putting off responsibility, not taking anything seriously, least of all my education. Recently I've been on this life-change kick. I've got a plan, that puts my graduation next fall.
So, here I am. Still a 25 year old boy. I can safely assume, next fall I'll be a 26 year old boy with a nice fancy fine-arts degree.
This might seem like an overstated exaggeration, but I feel like my life up to this point has been pretty meaningless. It feels like I have just succeeded in one failure after another. I doubt that having an overpriced degree that shows a lot of experience I could have probably gotten for free will make me feel any better about my life.
So, I've been thinking about what would make me feel better.
After I graduate next fall, I'm going to join the Peace Corps.
