such a difficult phrase to keep in such small constraints, kind of like saying "america supported slavery" or "guns kill", as such a phrase lies at the center of a labrynth leading to such a larger and broadly reaching phenomenon which can lead to any number of corners of the globe but more likely to something right next to you.
