Some friends from college came up for a long weekend, so that only means drunken debauchery abound!
Went to a bar down near NYU called the Crocodile Lounge, normal friday night college crowd. Made me feel a bit old and lecherous, but the free pizzas with each beer was surprisingly good. So whatcha gunna do? hah Luckily they gave me their leftover tickets as they won't be around to use em, so I got another 7 free pizzas coming my way at some point
When I met up with them yesterday at the Bronx Zoo they had already been drinking for 3hours so it was imperative that I catch up. After I had 3, and they all had another 2, the shack we were at cut us off... luckily for us they didn't spread the word.
The zoo was quite a bit larger than I expected, and with all the open tree-lined spaces it was also a lot better looking than I had thought it would be.
They were gunna go to the Yankees game that night, so I hung out with them for a bit and walked over to the stadium. On the way to the game we of course picked up some Old English at this lovely store.
