I spent all day yesterday with my doggie. I made a really cool penne dish with pine nuts, Parmesan, tomatoes, garlic, and basil.

Beautiful!!! Good job. We are still having freak snow storms here and there, so no garden for us yet. I've been told the end of May is safe for planting. However, I should probably get some seeds started inside. Let me know how they taste. Nothing is better than tomatoes straight from the garden.
Got a new tattoo! Don't have a good picture of it yet though. I'll try to get on that.

This is what I made for dinner tonight. Salmon encrusted with sesame seeds sauteed in olive oil on a bed of ramen noodles dressed with sesame oil. (Yep. Ramen noodles.) And some salad with Parm. It was quite tasty. I think I take pictures of what I cook because lately no one has been around to appreciate it. Or maybe I'm angling for a job...
