Depression sucks. I hope your not depressed. Maybe it's seasonal affective disorder. Are u getting any sun? I hate lack of sun. No, going to bed at 5pm is not normal unless your sleep deprived. Have you tried taking anything over the counter like St. John's Wort?

Man oh Man its was nice to wake up and go work out makes a body feel good....so nice cup of joe...first day at new job.....new chapter in life. Am thinking of going to the mountains this weekend and seeing the alps have a little gluwein,,some good food, Nice to be getting responses back always make a soul feel welcomed.

Well last day of vacation, tomorrow its back to the grind, kind of excited to be starting a new chapter of this story I call my life.
