My fucking AC still isn't here, I ordered it like two weeks ago, it's been more than 7 buisness days and it still says "open" on the site as it's status, what the fuck does that mean? I'm calling them today, if it means it hasen't even shipped yet I'm going to give them hell. By the time I get it it won't even be hot anymore.
Also! My debit card has been expired for like since August 1st I called them everyday since then only to be put on hold for 10 min at a time before giving up. I finally got through yesterday, it shipped a month ago! Never got to me and now their sending another one and I should have it in 10 days, until then my credit card bill is becoming a monster. I hope someone dosen't like randomly find it and steal all my money... What is with companies not doing what they are supposed to? I'm paying 35 dollars s&h for my AC and if it takes another 2 weeks I'm going to call and see if I can at least not pay that cause what a rip off. I was promised I'd have it in a week!
Even netflix, a company I swear by, the other day I had to report another DVD that didn't get to me, that's twice in like a month that this has happened, one time I got the top part with my add but not the dvd part.. wtf?
Is it just the mail in Fort Collins or what?
At least I can still trust Amazon, I've never had a problem with them or any one who sells there, I already got some of my books for school that I ordered like 3 days ago. Woo.

Oh, and those telephone-purgatories are the reason I prefer to do things online. And people who mumble on the phone. I've always had trouble understanding people who didn't speak clearly, or too fast, and if it's in a language I haven't grown up listening to it's of course much worse.
I hope you'll get your AC soon and that your local Netflix people get their act together.
