allright. I'm working on the romance novel but I'm having trouble since no one has volunteered to be the heroine or the hero. Thus I have had to invent a heroine.

I do however need a name for the heroine. So far, dalonghair is the bad guy, the heroine's EVIL father. (maybe not actually her father....) the heroine's mother is a timetraveling pirates daughter who died of strep throat when the heroine was a young girl. The heroine does have two keepsakes of her mother, an ornately carved, locked box, and a supposedly magic amulet.

all the heroine wants is love.
her best friend is joshof13thfloor who appears to be a very sophistocated woman, and becomes the heroine's best friend. Unfortunately, joshof13thfloor is actually the villain, accompanied everywhere by his/her buttler,

tkmud, his/her dastardly minion.

buddhais so far, the minion of dalonghair, and is a defrocked priest.

starsea is our crossdressing gypsy plot devise, a female gypsy fortune teller witch who has runa away dressed as a boy due to problems with backfired spells and overly accurate fortunes.

there is also a ship of timetravelling vikings involved, who are presumably looking for the thing in the heroine's locked box. welntaodredheadleague and aneurotypical are vikings so far.


that's part of what i've got so far. I think the hero will be a confused surfer boy, ala keanu carrying around his weight in illegal pharmaceuticals, (except, in the past, their legal)
that and I think the heroine is going to be basque.
