oh my god, did I mention that capoeira teachers are sadists? Oh, thats right, I already admitted that I'm a masochist. Stairs are out of the question right now, and I have a peice the size of a nickle missing from the ball of my foot where a blister came off.

hope you're not eating or anything.

gah. time to study for my exam.
