my first day of work went really well.
my boss adores me so i can pretty much get away with anything. i've been there for 2 years now, and this will be my third. i will be excited to get a real design job, but this one actually pays really well for being on campus. and it's so laid back..started on a little postcard/bookmark thingy which is a start of a slew of marketing pieces for a new website that my team designed. i heart gd...

it gets better.
so, i recieved an email heads up from my new senior studio prof about AIGA and since i am the president...well, lets just say that we have some catching up to do. last fall we registered a student group here on campus, and had group meetings, arranged our junior show, etc...but last semester we didn't really do anything. but, we have so many cool things planned already, including the design conference in boston next month and chip kidd in chicago. my board of members rule (twlsbincluded) so we are going to have a kick ass last year, and hopefully pass it on to the next senior class. go us.
i'm totally stoked. lets make design happen!
off to class to show off my portfolio and some billboard designs for clorox bleach...
