but you pretty much hit it. yes. grass is always greener and whatnot. would it be a good thing to be content with where we are, though? should there not always be a strive for something better? isn't that what motivates us to be something better? and whatnot?
plus, we lose interest in what we have because it can no longer be pursued. the motivation lies in the pursuit. once our pursuit is caught, then what's the point. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand so forth...
