Magnolia tree started to blossom yesterday, maybe Winter's over, really didn't have much of one this year tho. First year was able to run without gloves, so far global warming is good for me.

Blah blah blah, I don't know you nor am I friends with you but I am trying to get participation in the SGDetroit group. If you are down to drink, not drink, dance, make fun of people to their faces, talk and make awkward conversation, I cordially invite you and whatever mob of friends you may or may not have or in some cases imagined or harbor in your head to participate in a little group outing, party, or whatever is a fancy French/Spanish/Japanese/foreign language word for dancing,talking, drinking, eating is. Once I get enough interest I will announce said party happenings with a time and place. I won't do this without a genuine and good number of people. I generally layer for cold winter running: silky long underwear + workout pants, longsleeve underarmour shirt, maybe another running shirt, fleece, good gloves, hat. Good socks are crucial. This year I'm going to try Drymax.
Something else I'll do is warm up in the house before going outside. I HATE those first few FREEZING minutes before your body starts to warm up. So I'll do some cardio without the fleece on to get the blood moving before heading out.

Summer crashed all at once 90s one week 40s the nest. Haven't had any real snow here in 15 years, this may be it.
