Just got word one of my clients (and friends) suffered a heart attack while vacationing. They are bringing him back to the states, but they believe he has suffered brain damage, and is on life support. He was there for me when I went through chemo, and I cannot imagine him not being with me (and his family) for years to come.

After 7 months... I'm back to the gym... and it forgives me my absence. It felt great... like sex with an awesome partner... omg I missed it so much... the rush of the endorphins, the soreness in my muscles, all of it.
In other news, Lisa has had her tires fixed - and she's all better now!
