Dear Universe:
Thank you for leaning in my direction. It feels good to have things going my way.
P.S. SG land, thank you for all of the birthday wishes!
Friday night I rounded up a bunch of friends to meet me at a bar out in southeast Portland. A bar called My Fathers Place. I invited c lose friends as well as some of my new coworkers out to have some drinks and party it up. All in all about 8 or so people came out! Boni made me a birthday cake with funfetti (little candy pieces) and chocolate raspberry filling! She decorated it with funfetti frosting and made a little shrinky-dink (you draw something on a massive piece of paper, put some plastic shit on it, and then bake it in the oven and it shrinks) of my for the center. She brought some little crowns with her for all of us to wear and well as decorated everything purple (the color I look really good in). We all played some rounds of pool, then had some birthday cake, which was damn delicious.
How good is that shrinky-dink?! Right?? I know.
After My Fathers Place, we all headed over to my favorite strip club Sassys! It was there that I constantly had shots of tequila or rounds of tequila and tonics in my hands at all times. I even got a free lap dance (who says you cant get anything for free?)! I spent more time with random people who were saying Hey birthday girl! or heres a drink, its your birthday! than I did with my friends, but it was my damn birthday. Im allowed to run around completely wasted with girls in hardly any clothes, drinking with the regulars, and throwing the very same one dollar bills I worked my ass off at work to make the same day.
Didnt drive home, thank god. Instead I crashed with Boni and her roommates for the night. Then in the morning BonBon made me a delicious birthday breakfast of scrambled eggs, fresh fried potatoes and some yummy bread.
I had such a good time with all of my friends and another thing that made me really stoked was that my friends and coworkers really got along and every one had a great time as well.
As for Saturday, my actual birthdaylets just call that the day of recovery.

Thank you for leaning in my direction. It feels good to have things going my way.

Sounds great, glad it was a good birthday! I love My Father's, best greasy spoon in Portland!
