I need rubber boots. If I had them could jump in and feel the cool water rise over their tops. I would dance with the water splashing up my legs, wetting my cotton skirt. I would laugh as I step on the tops of trees reflected in the puddle, while small rivers ran down my thighs, my calves, into my boots, cooling my body. But, I dont have rubber boots. Suffice it to say that my sneakers are very squishy.
