I'm working my way into a bit of fasting and it feels really good. I've mainly been eating raw food for the last several days and will move to just juice and then Master Cleanser for anywhere from 5 days to two weeks depending on what my body tells me.

Alright...I've been totally slacking on the updating thing.
Last night the girl and I went to see the Rebirth Brass Band play here in LA. It was just sooo damn funky. They only funk like that in New Orleans. I love that place...although I'm glad not to be there now in the height of summer.

LA suck for activty, I spend way too much time in my car. I've been going out clubbing and dancing to get my exercise. And I try to pick the healthy dishes on the menu at restraunts. But you're right it's not easy to be healthy here.
