I started intermittent fasting again today! The first couple days can be so hard. I go to the gym 6 days a week, and do cardio 2 or 3 days a week,so It's almost habit to just get up whenever and grab some rice crackers, or popcorn when im feeling snackish. Sometimes I make it all the way to the kitchen before I remember that I'm past my 6 hour window. After the first week I start to adjust and the benefits start to show, increased energy, stable moods, focus and productivity go up. BUT THE FIRST DAY IS THE WORST! I might have to shackle myself to my bed tonight so I don't sleep walk to the kitchen for a spoon full of peanut butter... Or maybe I will just shackle myself for fun ;P
