Hello! Regarding your intentions of losing weight: It does not have to be difficult if you make small goals and try to do some kind of exercise regularly. Try not to get frustated either. What usually fails in my experience is when you try to make goals that are unattainable, which usually makes you give up on the dieting and the exercise. Also, try to make the exercise experience fun or at least tolerable. What works for me is treadmill + Ipod + good reading (brief stuff, like magazine articles, but recently I read the fifth Harry Potter mostly during exercise), anyway, that is all.
PS are you going to get a master/doctor degree on phylosophy? once upon that was my goal, but shit happens and now I am going to study Law, whatever...
Now, imagine that complete disorientation and disconnection with the world you have at that moment lasting for 4 days... bleh. I feel better today though!
