I'm having a "fat" day. If you are a boy you probably have not gone through one of these days. What is a "fat" day? A day when everything feels bloated, everything seems too big and out of proportion with everything else and any type of cohesive & sensible body image is obliterated. For me, it also includes discontent with my hair. I NEED to do something with it. Some time ago I mentioned I would stop dying my hair, but you know old habits die very hard.

Recent movies seen: White Noise and Boogeyman. GAH! BLARHEGHGHHGGRRRRH. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Some of us do have fat days. But then some of us feel more connected to our bodies than others. I used to run track competitvly and was is exceptional shape, at the same time I also did martial arts which teaches you about your body. Now that I only so the martial arts and can not run like I used to I feel out of shape sometimes and there are days after I ate to much crap that I do feel fat. You can actually feel your fat cells bloat. Ack I hate it I miss being in really good shape, I am in descent shape now but still it is one of those things where you look back and see yourself being better than you currently are.

In otherwords I feel your pain.
