It's a taco, it's a cat. It's a tacocat.
I'm pretty happy with how my new palindrome cat turned out. I used leftover yarn from previous projects, so I didn't have to purchase any supplies!
The face-off. Who would you put your $$$ on?

Over the weekend I read Bukowski's What matters most is how well you walk through the fire. It's a posthumously published book of poems. Very coarse, depraved, brutally honest. There's something beautiful and refreshing about unpolished and gritty truth, devoid of sentimentality. Here is a poem I liked so much that I had to read it about seven times in a row so I could bask in its profound insight.
"lifedance"
the area dividing the brain and the soul
is affected in many ways by
experience--
some lose all mind and become soul:
insane.
some lose all soul and become mind:
intellectual.
some lose both and become:
accepted.
