Heh I don't dream often and when I do they are in full color and lucid but I either never remember them, they're too jumbled to make any sense, theyre impossible to discern unclear nightmares or just plain boring reminders/mimics of reality/past/present/memories heh.

Apple juice is nice tasty and sweet thats why! And good for you. And you probably need hydration and sugars to help the brain and combat dehydration dear ^_^
