don't know if it quite looks like I intended (better than my original try last night, which I forgot to save, though!)...
the fingers are supposed to be "root-like," her left wing (on the right) branched and torn, her right wing (on the left) similiar to a butterfly wing but flaming. no eyes are on purpose (I can draw eyes ok, but they just didn't fit what I was going for).

*shrugs* it's a start... and I suppose if I wanted I can delve further with it another time, too.

thanks, mate ... I've had my fair share o'trials, to be certain, but I've come out smiling most o'the time.
even with damage from car accidents, losin' far too many friends, bein' attacked and robbed and cheated and lied to... I'm still standing. I like to joke that it would take a semi bearin' at me full-boar for me to think about duckin'.
