I'M NO LONGER A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT!!! I don't know how to feel, maybe it hasn't hit me yet. This is weird and fucking rad, man! It was crazy and the last two year went by fast and I managed to stay out of any real drama because I'm not fucking stupid, so that's a plus. graduation day on June 10th

Kay sent me here to say congratulations.biggrinwinkmiao!!

Good luck with the job interview.
aepaul:
A few tips - know a bit about the place you'll be working. Make eye contact. Be positive. People generally don't want to work with negative people because negative people tend to do less good work.

Also, this one's important - think of several things you've accomplished and use them as examples of why you're good at what you do. It could be anything. In one interview, I told the guy I was interviewing with that I climbed a mountain (yes, in real life). He asked why and I said because I wanted to accomplish that in my lifetime. I got the job. And it had nothing to do with anything physical. It was mostly a help desk job (although paid pretty well for what it was).

It's because people want people who set goals and achieve them. Goal setting is one of the keys to success. It's not just work though. It's life in general.

Good luck!

SO, this weekend I performed in my last high school play. We did Arsenic and Old Lace, I played Mr. Witherspoon.
I feel sorta sad about that.
I'm slowly being thrown into the adult world, but I really feel like a kid still....at least on the inside.
I don't like this.
I've been trying to find a new job too lately cause I really need...

FRIDAY THE 13th GOT ME TODAY!
I was roughhousing with my ne're-do-well friends, tossing the pigskin around. I don't exactly know what happened but I fucked up my weaker foot (the one I broke that is held together by a giant screw) and now I'm limping and miserable. But if someone asks what happened if they notice my limp I'll just say I kicked their...

Does anyone here remember being terrified their senior year of highschool???? THIS IS FUCKING SCARY!
DOES ANYONE HAVE ADVICE???
(no specific kind of advice, but something that could help in the future and future schooling)
aepaul:
Yeah. Make friends with someone who enjoys your company. Makes a world of difference.

And get rid of your friends who aren't really friends. Also makes a world of difference.

As a guy who has graduated college, that's what I think looking back. HS is all about learning relationships. Grades are secondary. (Don't tell your parents I said that, but it's true).

One more thing, you'd be surprised at which girls like you. That's one of my regrets in HS. I didn't know until later.

If you want to get specific about it, I was born on February 18th, 1994 at 11:32PM. So I've only been 18 for like 2 hours. and I'm already on SG. I waited awhile but I'm here. : )
