OK, the operation went well (if a lot later than originally expected).
Just got back from visiting her. Man, that was pretty weird. She seemed pleased to see me and recognised me, which is a plus, at times the conversation drifted into the land of make-believe but on the whole it was OK. She moaned copiously like she always does but admitedly the third rate shite they offered as food was disgusting and even a fat git like me wouldn't eat it. I took her some biscuits (her favourite ones) and she seemed happy with those...she only ate one though.
Anyways, i guess we'll see how it goes.
