Shatner rocks! I like how there's some random guy on the chorus because it actually requires some singing. I told you this the other night didn't I?
spamtwo:
give it another 10 years and you'll have to call them grandchildren tongue

I assume you've also checked out the late great Bill Hicks?

That is an amazing view from the valley into the town. Gorgeous.

God, no wonder you were aching! You could probably live inside that case shocked

I was thinking about that Denis DVD last night - I'm almost positive that my friend showed me it a couple of years ago and told me that it was Bill Hicks.
Silly boy smile
But yeh, I really did enjoy it. Was very funny!

The tackiness of Buffy will always win though...

I need to know when to unvouch you. Get the timing wrong and you might actually get in!

My theories on Neil are (in order of likeliness)

1)Drug Baron
2)Heir to a shipping fortune.
3)Lottery Winner
4)One of those compulsive liars who convince loads of people that their rich, and end up in fancy houses and with flash cars. Eventually there rumbled and go back too their council house in Southampton.
5)In an open Prison - hence free time and low overheads means plenty of disposable income.
6)Ultra High Class Rent boy - one customer finances a months high life
7)Director of some fancy "Make Your Own" sandwich bar chain.

I'll let you have your own theories but he has far to much energy to be doing 40hr weeks!

How strange. Ah well, he doesn't waste any time, eh?

Good for you that you handled the situation with aplomb. And yes, I will respond to your email soooooon! smile
elisabeth:
Yeah, it's the last week of school, as I graduate Friday. In this short time, though, I must finish 2 essays, do a ton of studying, finish up with the volunteering for this week, deal with some pending work drama, some car drama, and some hair drama.

I've pulled out almost all of the black out of my hair. As predicted, it's uneven as all hell, but is in fairly decent shape, all things considered. So I've got to blend the toners, sit for awhile with that, and then hopefully look presentable in just a few hours. Don't ever dye your hair black if you can help it. shocked

Wow! Those Hummingbird Hawk-Moths are cool.
Were you in France just to photograph little creatures or more like a holiday? smile

Yeh, it was nice to meet you too! Hope you had an ok night. I really emjoyed myself.
There aren't really any other nights that I know of that play rubbish pop punk and that's what I like rocking out to, haha!
But yeh craptastic is definitely the word for it tongue

The sleep thing is difficult. There's not really much you can do if you're just not tired frown
I reckon once the stress levels decrease then you can get back to normal...

Yeh, I guess I'll see you at the Leeds meet and have a proper chat to you there. I think there should be quite a few people going. Looking forward to it!

I got a Nikon D50 with a 18-55mm lens. My grasp of the technical bits and pieces is a bit vague, to be honest, as it's my first SLR. I've bought a bunch of the digital photo magazines this month, but it's all a bit over my head at the moment! Do you only use a shallow depth of field for macro shots, or can you use it in other situations too? And was part of the reason you used it to get a better shot of the little chap's wings?

Those tutorials sound good; thanks for offering to send them. Is it one big tutorial, or lots of little units? I'm only asking because I'm still on dial-up, and any huge files would be too hard on my poor old computer whatever

I'm thinking of going to that Leeds thing you mentioned - I've seen it mentioned on the SGUK page, even though I'm not in the club yet. Tis tempting!

That is very similar to what I'm going through we've dated for three years lived together for almost two. We're trying to work through it now and it is very hard. But we're so close that I know the best will come of it. I've also moved quite a bit and know exactly how annoying moving all of your stuff is over and over again. But the best part is being able to start fresh. I always love that about moving. Good luck.
