I'm really not too worried about the pain it's just kind of permanent... after having had long hair for like 12 years doing dreads is close enough to permanent. I do really want a tatoo though.
I want one of my friends to design it though, shes an artist but never does any art so I'm bullying here to make me a cool design so evey time she sees it she is reminded of how utterly tallented she is
