well ive been gone for the past week and it feels good to be back. last night was a lot of fun. It was great meeting all the new people i hadnt met. Any way im off to get some food.

while waiting on my friends to get back from school i got the wonderful idea to go out for an adrenaline rush. I love to skateboard but my knees are really bad so i retired the short board and got a board for carving downhill. Its alot of fun and hadnt ate shit on it yet until today. Usually you find a nice steady not extremly steep hill and cruise down carving but i was like what the hell ive done this hill a million times on my other boardwhich is more prone to speed wobbles, so i figure no sweat. Wrong!!! ya see the short board had smaller harder wheels that caused alot of friction going down hill on the street since they were ment for smoother surfaces. so naturally you went slower. this board on other hand was ment for carving and giving a really smooth ride down a slight slope so you wouldnt need to constantly push to keep your speed. Needless to say i say i hit atleast 35 if not alittle faster and all i could do is watch in slow motion as the groud came speeding at me. Its all good though cause i love this sorta stuff and i will not let this stop me from trying again at a later date. My words to live by "no pain no glory". Well im off to hit the beach and skate some more, Who knows if the wave are anygood i might even have to go surf
