Sounds like things are gonna start getting better for you. It's crazy, but when you take a look at stuff in your life, you can see where some of the shit comes from. The cool thing is...you are not a 5 year-0ld kid. You are a 30 year old WOMAN and you have the control of your life now. Take charge, kick ass girl. See your pattern and change it. I'm definately up for either barnes and nobles or some weasel therapy... however, since we are very short staffed at work, I am working mondays and wed. in addition to fri-sat-sunday, through the end of may, and hopefully in june,(I need the $$) I am free tuesday or thursdays.

This thursday we are going to visit my grandmother, which should be fun, I haven't seen her in quite some time.

SO: that leaves, next tuesday, thursday, or later. I'm also planning on checking out the new haven zen center at some point.new haven zen center schedule

They say they want you to go to walk in meditation instruction first, which is either wed. evening or sunday morning at around 10:00 am. ack! 10:00 am is so early!


I've been really bad about getting to sleep really late. I need to just start making myself get up earlier so I'm tired earlier.
